The RICV Board of Directors provides ethical leadership, honest transparency, and ensures accountability. The Board is focused on RICV's mission, strategy, and goals. In addition to fulfilling legal and fiduciary responsibilities, RICV Board Members contribute to the culture, strategic focus, effectiveness, and also serve as advocates. Since RICV is a consumer-based organization, founded by and for persons with disabilities, over 51% of our Board of Directors are individuals with disabilities.
