Sun Tai Chi for Health and RICV have teamed up to offer weekly classes each Thursday at RICV's Fresno location.

TAI CHI classes at RICV are temporarily canceled due to COVID-19.

This Tai Chi for Health program is designed to promote general health through exercise using an ancient Chines martial art training system call Tai Chi.

 

The program design is based on learning principles of movement, such as body alignment, transference of weight, strengthening the body, relaxing the joints, focusing the mind and other principles.

With over two decades of experience in training and teaching Tai Chi, Art is a certified Senior Trainer, an accomplished Yang, Sun and Chen-style Tai Chi player, and also a Karate blackbelt.

 

His Tai Chi classes have not only helped improve the health of students, but have also helped to build community.
